I brought my vehicle in that had absolutely ZERO issues. The service was for recommended 60,000 mile service. As recommended had serpentine belt, transmission and transfer case fluids serviced and replaced. At the completion of service my vehicle which had ZERO issue was stuck in 4 wheel drive. Coastal Chevrolet stated - it happens. I needed to replaced Transfer Housing and components. Total BS. I could now fix what was not broken . The dealership stated it was my issue and they could repair it for $4500.00. They took ZERO responsibility. And they were totally at fault. Now as a loyal GMC customer are stuck with a vehicle to repair or sell. This dealership is horrible- and depending how GM follows up- may never buy GM again.

the last time I was there getting my truck serviced. It took almost 2 hours this time. It only took 45 minutes. I don't understand.
